45 Park Avenue

Thinking back on our home for 6 months. We actually lived (and worked) on Park Avenue!! We lived the real NY experience. We walked to and from work every day. We finished work at 3 pm and your craziness always had the plan for which new restaurant we were going to for dinner. Of course, you had me “up in the club” at least 2 times a week (shout out to Puffy and Justin’s). How did we make it in to work everyday on time??

Our train rides for our “commute” were exciting for us. I’m sure we made everyone on the train crazy because we talked all the way up to NY on Mondays and all the way back to DC on Fridays. During the week we ate breakfast together, worked together at the Guardian all day, and ate dinner together every night. Then, we had the nerve to come home to DC, drop our bags at home and then meet up at a restaurant for dinner. I don’t know how we didn’t get on each others nerves!

Even in a city as exciting as NYC, YOU still found a way to make it better! ❤❤

P.S. The irony in the story is that one of BCG’s first big clients was Starwood Hotel and Resorts. And….one of our customers was the new W Hotel Union Square, which was converted from the Guardian Life Insurance Company building (where we worked). It felt absolutely crazy for me to stay in that hotel! What a full circle experience for us and one of the best opportunities for BCG!
